4. Find AVS member interested in contacting Jeffeson Lab vacuum department for a professional development;

5. Preliminary plan for the budget has been discussed;

6. Details will be discussed at general meeting;

7. Ricardo will find a way to recruit members from engineering center.

8.4 co-sponsor events with SPS, FLAVS, etc

8.5 Give science demonstration at elementary/middle/high school classes.

8.6 Sponsor short-term scholar travelling.
